We added the ability for teachers to download all student-submitted files for an Assignment in the Dropbox a while back. Thanks for the suggestion!

The good news is that some of this is already in the works.
This is slated to be worked on very soon (version 2.6 in April 2008) and will include a way to add larger images to a page as well as providing a downloadable version if desired.
The ability to add banner images is a separate issue, and I will create a specific entry for the suggestion.

WikiProjects have been released as of the beginning of August, and the ability to publish them publicly (showcase) is coming soon!

Fantastic idea for both K-12 & higher ed. This is a feature people request frequently. At the K-12 level, many commercial wiki sites are blocked from use. At the university level, there have been issues with which wiki to use, & how/when to connect the wiki with the discussion board. All sorts of problems could be solved with the addition of a Haiku wiki! Go for it!!
